Expectations of admins:
Moderators and Admins are expected to do all they can to help the server. Whenever there is a ticket filed that they can fulfill the request of, they are expected to do so as soon as they possibly can. Moderators and Admins found abusing their powers and not doing what is expected of them will lose their rank, or possibly will be banned from the server. Please, your rank is a gift, not a right, treat it the way you should, and give back to the server.
To promote a player up one rank:
/pr (username) promote
and to demote them one rank:
/pr (username) demote
Don't forget to reload permissions after!
/permissions -reload all
For the initial promotion past Drone:
1. You must claim their ticket:
/claim (ticket #)
2. Then promote them:
/pr (username) promote
3. Then reload permissions to apply the change
/permissions -reload all
4. Then close the ticket:
/done (ticket #)
To ban a user:
/ban (name)
To kick a user:
/kick (name)
To give somebody a lot that they filed a ticket for:
1. Claim the ticket:
/claim (ticket #)
2. Make sure it isn't already owned:
/region info (lot ID)
3. If it is not, then give them owner permission to the lot:
/region addowner (Lot ID) (Name of person)
4. Then close the ticket:
/done (ticket #)
